We’re very happy with the patio Winnscapes installed for us. They worked with us to figure out what would be best for our space, coming out multiple times to talk with us. The walkthrough was thorough and the contract laid out every step of the process. The foreman went above and beyond, filling in a small gap between new steps and an old curved concrete sidewalk by specially cutting some pavers to fit perfectly- which was a really welcome surprise as we thought we'd have to fill the gap awkwardly with mulch or gravel. While reseeding the areas around the patio that had been dug up they went ahead and seeded other parts of our yard that were patchy and struggling. They extended the mulching from the beds to the exposed area underneath our deck which made it look much nicer. None of these extras were in the contract. They even moved the chairs we had left lying around our fire pit into a neat circle at the end. It was never hard to get ahold of them. Best contractors we’ve worked with yet!

Mike, the sales manager and site designer has always been very helpful and courteous. He has has gone out of his way to accommodate us. Rafael, the job Forman, has been nothing but exceptional. He is a true craftsman when it comes to working on paver bricks.

have had multiple landscaping projects done throughout the years with Winnscapes. The two salesmen I have worked with actually listen to my ideas and I have been satisfied when the projects are completed. During the work process the foreman will go over with me what they are about to make sure it is what I had in mind before proceeding to the next step. The men doing the work are polite, professional and pleasant. I have ventured off to hire self employed individuals and have always been disappointed with their overall work. Also dealing with an establish company has the advantages of more available skill sets and a better selection of materials from numerous suppliers from which they do business.

Todd came to the house and provided multiple design ideas and worked up quotes so we could select our choice. We went with the best looking. It was also the most expensive, but great value. Spent several weeks deciding color scheme and Todd was very patient and brought out samples. He has great aesthetic sense and is very helpful. Actual construction started when they said it would (6 weeks later) and went on schedule. Foreman did not speak a lot of English but was very professional and very helpful. They did an AMAZING job. Production manager and Todd came out every day to discuss progress. GREAT COMPANY.

There was one part that I was not with comfortable with and that was dealing with the guy that actually came to do the work. Dealing with the people on phone was fine, when the guy came to do the estimate fine, but when the guy came out to actually to do the work it was like a communication break down so I was no completely satisfied with the work that he has done, part of it was my own fault, I should have called home office and triple checked, so it is disappointing because I heard such good things about this company and everybody that I talked to on the phone was quite nice. I would not use them again.

They've been very good. I've used them for several years at different times. The salesman always understands what I want done and I've always been satisfied with what gets done. It usually takes a couple of months for them to come out to do the work. He has been sending out this one guy that's really good. It's not always that way. But he knows I like him. The salesperson is very attentive to what you want, even if it's not the usual things. It's a little expensive.

Real professionals, show up on time, and worked with great efficiency.

They were very, very nice and they did everything I asked them to do. I thought their price was reasonable. Everything they said they would do, they did do and the salesman was just wonderful. The salesman was just very knowledgeable.

Winn Scapes does a very nice job. They are extremely professional and are willing to explain every aspect of the services in detail as well as customizing services as needed. Please note, they are not the least expensive coming around though. But, I would definitely recommend them.

Winnscapes has been very responsive to our needs and request. Any time I have had to contact Winnscapes with a question or request, they have friendly and accommodating. They do a very good job for a reasonable price.

On it's own their work was amazing. But they came out during a cold driving rain storm. Mowed out lawn and made everything look amazing

We use them all the time. I like everything about them. They are very professional and do an excellent job. I would absolutely recommend them. I haven't compared them to anybody on prices. We have used them for two years now.

They didn't do too bad. They didn't clean the rock which created a bag of weeds which we had to constantly treat. That's the reason we are tearing it out and putting artificial turf now. What they did was adequate and as far as pricing goes, they were probably okay. We might use their services again in the future depending on what we wanted done.

I had Winnscapes redo the landscaping for my house last year. The landscaping was fabulous. I received several bids and, although Winnscapes was a higher price, it was far more detailed than the others. If the others had done as much as Winnscapes, theirs would have been far more expensive than Winnscapes. I especially liked that I was able to work with the landscaper to edit the plan. He was very receptive and helpful. We changed a few things he had there, but most were exactly what he recommended. I then had them clean the beds and cut back the landscaping in the late fall. In the spring they came out and mulched, edged, and did some "spring cleaning" in the beds. This spring, a couple of the plants did not weather the winter and they were immediately replaced by Winnscapes.I will have them assist me each year with my landscaping. My house has never looked so good!! I have been so pleased with everything that they have done and can highly recommend them. If I have a concern, I can contact them and expect a reply within 24 hours.They are easy very easy to work with.

Everything went fine with them. Their designer left and I have not been able to reach him. They would not give me any information on how to find him as well. I really like that designer's work and ideas.

Work was done on time and quickly. Was very pleased with the performance.
