- Ciminello's Inc Landscaping & Garden CenterOne of the main drivers of my decision was price and Ciminello's was significantly less than other quotes I received. Compared to the $30K quote from Ciminellos, two other companies submitted bids in the $50K range. The crew was great, very professional, punctual and did top notch work. They also incorporated any changes I made along the way, being very polite and accommodating. The finished product is exceptional. Everyone comments on it. I have already referrred three friends to them, one has almost completed a large $30K job with Ciminellos and the other two are considering using them. Keep in mind that all large projects have issues, including weather related delays, but the team at Ciminellos stood be their work, fixed or redid anything I wasn't satisfied with (which was rare). I highly recoommend them to anyone considering this type of project
- Perfect Ponds & LawnsOur pond is at least 20 years old, and had never been professionally serviced or maintained. Jake got back to me very quickly after I first contacted him. He came out a day or two later to take a look at the pond, then submitted three alternative plans to renovate it, starting with a simple cleaning, progressing through the addition of a new pump and filter system, and ending with a complete job including landscaping. We chose the middle option. The first date set for the work had to be cancelled because of the weather, but Jake and the crew arrived on the next date and completed the work in about 6 hours. They put the goldfish in a large tank while they drained the pond, and were pretty careful not to step on the perennials that were just emerging from the ground. It was a very messy job since the pond had never been drained before and was very dirty. Jake came back a few weeks later to plant some of our water lilies, adding one of his own that he brought with him. The pond is completely transformed--clear water, happy fish and plants that we can actually see, and a new pump and filter that do a much more efficient job and are much easier for us to care for
- Right Angle Design & RemodelingHe's a young guy who's done a lot of stuff for me. He has a small business and he's pretty much on his own. He's excellent. He's done all kinds of flooring for me including tile and marble. He redesigns our great room area and our bar area. He was always known as right angle. I've used him so much already. He does a computer generated design. So if you want to redo your kitchen, he will make the changes on the computer. Once he showed me the design when we did the great room area. He showed how different pieces would look to decide of how much of what you want. He's got so many different projects and so the price varies. He's done small projects as well. I really trust him. He's very trust worthy. Since he's a small business person and mostly does the work himself, he's not as timely. If you're on a timeframe or time schedule, you have to really work him because sometimes he might have to get someone to help him out. So sometimes that might not work. I have a lot of flexibility on my schedule and so it works for me. That would be my only argument for the average person that he is. He treats me a little differently because I've known him for so long and he's done a lot of work for me. I could give the name and numbers of other people who have used him. Someone whom I know used him for putting in a wooden floor, cabinets redone in the kitchen and countertops. They were happy with his work and they had a good experience with him. I would use his services again in the future

"Tom and his crew did a great job. He repaired twoponds and waterfall as well as mortar work (tuck point) for a wall and stone stairs. However, he went over the original estimate by over 100%. He overcharges for labor - in essence my security cameras indicated that his crew was there for 4 hours a day and he charged me for 8 hours work on a regular basis. He was very difficult to pin down to give an estimate. On the other hand they pay attention to detail and do very careful work. Given his vast experience I suspect he should be able to provide a more accurate estimate.
