"Mr. F., We're sorry to see that you have left us this review after it's been a year from receiving, reading and responding to the review that you left on our google review page in Spring of 2024 just after working for you. Although we already responded to your dissatisfactory review from a year prior from now, we will do our best to respond to you in as professional and attentive manner as expected, -by our standards of care- for our customers of the future, past and present. Our teams try their best to attend to every need of each one of our customers individually and truly work their hardest to satisfy each inquiry or worry, when brought to our attention. We're saddened that you were not satisfied with the work we did for you. We believe it is important to note that every landscape company handles planting and other work differently, so it is not surprising that another landscape company would have a different take on how your property could have been landscaped. While it saddens us that one of our clients is unhappy with our work, we collectively believe that our work was well-thought-out and professionally done. We re-visited your property four times after the initial installation of your landscape planting beds, to correct minor issues, once the Spring rains of 2024 subsided. The issues that did arise during installation were due to the abnormally wet work environment that nature provided us during that time period. We employ mature, adult, professional staff members. Upon meeting with you, our production staff expressed to our office staff that they felt you treated them with disrespect. Our crew members are encouraged to always try their best, and that's all we or anyone can expect from each other. We worked hard to provide the difficult-to-find, rare, black rock, that you requested we install as a change order from the rock in the original contract. That in itself was irregular seeing that we planned your project for weeks and you decided to change one of the main materials upon the morning of installation. We graciously accepted the challenge and creatively worked it into our delivery schedule, making changes to the respective responsibilities of each of the on-site installation professionals that were attending to your property. When you requested a custom designed concrete border around the whole of the front beds, we also made the arrangements for that to be done to your specifications by one of our trusted partner companies, -expeditiously. Our company has been landscaping properties in central Ohio for over 15 years, and we have hundreds if not thousands of satisfied customers. We are so sorry you are not one of them, and that despite our numerous and continued efforts to respond to your concerns, we did not live up to your expectations.
