For over twenty-five years, we have offered a range of services from full season lake management programs to sales of ornamental parts and supplies. While our expertise and focus is aquatic algae and weed control, we are also expert in fountains and aeration systems. AQUA DOC provides lake studies, excavating, ornamental pond design and construction, Metal Craft dock systems, fish stocking programs, a full line of chemicals, algaecides and aquatic herbicides, and a full range of ornamental pumps, filters, and supplies. We were required to redo the electric panels which was completed. When completed we called to schedule installation of our new fountains and was told 2 weeks. After 2 weeks we called back and we were told the following week with a 2 day window, never called or showed. We called the next day and they squeezed us in on Friday. Friday is here and now they are pushing the work off until Monday. We paid in advance and our $4K check was cashed. Disappointed overall in the entire experience.

This vendor showed up approximately when they said they would. They were a bit later than the original time set, but kept me in the loop as to when they would be there, based on a previous installation.They laid the hose and set the aerator and tested it before leaving. Gave us guidelines as to how long to run it each day and to increase the time it ran by increments so it would run properly.
This vendor is the not cheapest game in town for this type of service, but I believe that you get what you pay for.

We hired this company to manage our pond as we had never taken care of a pond before. They have been really great. The workers are always professional and knowledgeable. They are also very reliable. The money is worth the peace of mind that our pond is healthy. It is a big part of our property.

They are great. They do fantastic work, and their prices are reasonable for the quality of their work. They are very responsive, and they even give you their cell numbers for repairs. They are quite professional, and I will continue to use them.
