Family owned and operated since 1944, Wallside sells directly to the homeowner, manufacturing and installing its own products. With a factory/showroom located in Taylor, Mich., the vinyl window manufacturer services two thirds of the lower peninsula of Michigan and northwest portions of Ohio.
"Had a couple windows installed on Tues. June 20th. The screen on one was ripped, the installer said they would put a order in right away and have it out this week. There was no signoff's on work. Some of the caulk jobs around the windows are a little sub-par for my liking. Not the best quality work. Called the office for clarification on when my screen would be here this week. They had no knowledge of it, and it had to be ordered. Now it'll be July 8th before they can get out here. Had used their competitor (Hansons) for my last house. The comparison between the two is much different. Will probably go back to Hansons for the rest of the house here."

"The CDJ team did a great job building us a large hybrid fence (part privacy and part cattle panel). Early on, I sent Chris some photos of what we had in mind for the cattle wire panel section, and he said ?no problem!? The team built exactly what we asked for, and we were impressed by their attention to detail. They did a complete tear-down of our old fence on a Monday, and had the new one - complete with five gates - finished by Saturday, even with a thunderstorm delay. These guys are great, do beautiful work, and really know their stuff! Also, we had decided to splurge on cedar posts, because carpenter bees had turned some of our previous fence posts into Swiss cheese. They made two separate supply runs to get us the thirty-four cedar posts required, which we really appreciate. We are extremely happy with our fence, an outstanding value, and highly recommend CDJ Remodeling. And we look forward to working with them on future projects. "
