The final result is exceptional (see photos). While the time ended up taking longer than originally expected, it was worth it to have a trusted pro do the work and to deal with the permit process. Jim was very responsive during the design phase. So, we could finalize the design and start construction. At that point we had a tight schedule because of guests visiting during summer.
