"I was very pleased with my recent service visit from Jonathan at Chimney King of New England. I purchased the fireplace from another company last year. The fireplace only worked a few times and then would shut off. Jonathan quickly diagnosed the problem and was able to replace the faulty parts. Within an hour or so, my fireplace was working again just like before. He was professional, honest, courteous, and respectful. Jonathan also educated me on some of the inner workings of the fireplace and items to look out for next time around. An excellent customer experience.show more

That installation probably led to the electrical failure of my unit. Marc went above and beyond in replacing it in a way that is far less likely to fail- he returned with marine grade shrink wraps for the wires! Brilliant!! "I had only use this dishwasher for a couple of months when it stopped working. I had three different people come up everybody said something different and bought different parts. the previous repairman took the thing apart said he'd be back and then when I called him five times he said he was just too busy! I called these folks without great hope. He heard my sad story, came soon looked at it carefully said he knew what he needed to get and he will order it and charged for the first visit. I begged him to please come back and told him my problem. he'd be back as soon as possible after getting a new pump. He called and told me a week later the part came in but he couldn't come see me for a few weeks because of the heat wave he had to go fix people's refrigerators who had families and food to save. I was impressed with that and agree to wait another week or so. It's finally fixed after sitting apart for 2 months. He's really easy to work with and a solid professional.show more
