There were many overgrown trees surrounding the house and it did not have a backyard because the backyard dropped off into a steep slope. Paul and his crew came in and removed 83 trees in 2015. They dug out the stumps and haul them away. In 2016 2200 yards of fill were brought in to bring up the grade. Many truckloads of loam were also brought in. He graded it all out and installed irrigation. In 2017 he planted 16 fruit trees and a whole lot of bushes along the property lines. He also built a stone wall. In 2018 he designed a patio with a small fountain and an outdoor grilling area. He installed it in 2019 along with landscape lighting along our front walkway and he repaired our granite post lighting on the driveway. We loved working with Paul. He and his crew were very professional. He stayed out of our way and made it easy for us despite the vast amounts of materials being brought in. We had to get on a waiting list for a couple of the jobs but it was worth the wait. Our only complaint is we ran out of room to do more landscaping! We love that our kids have a place to play now. We highly recommend Paul and his crew of young men

- WikWorksIncI am happy to give Wikworks my highest recommendation! Ryan, the owner, designed and built my backyard patio and garden and now does the annual maintenance for it. He and his company are amongst the most professional contractors that I have ever worked with. Ryan is highly competent at garden design and construction and has exceptional attention to detail. He and his team are always on-time, work hard and efficiently, and get the job done. They do exactly what they say they will do, when they say they will do it. He also does a great job communicating with my wife and I, listening to our plans and expectations, advising us about possible options or areas of concern, and adapting his own ideas to incorporate our needs. All of the work had to be executed in the middle of the city of Boston, which complicated matters. However, Ryan never let this effect the work and never complained about the difficult parking circumstances or the set of stairs that he had to bring all of the dirt out and bricks in. Ryan was always present throughout the work, not just supervising his crew of workers but doing much of the work, including precisely cutting irregular pieces of brick to fit. He also spent much time with my wife and I, helping us select appropriate plants and shrubs that would survive in our very shady city garden. Wikworks continues to maintain the garden and I plan to continue to work with them in the future. I would not hesitate to recommend them for any garden or landscaping job

- R & R Builders1. Basement floods when ground is saturated and it rains or snow melts. 2. Windows not installed correctly - move inside of structure 3. Contractor substitutied windows without authorization - and falsely stated they were of higher quality. 4. Siding not installed correctly - buckling and nails popping out, loose in areas, J channel allows water behind siding 5. Stairs not installed correctly, railings loose, nails sticking out - 90% of all railings are split from nail gun set to too high of a pressure. Non pressure treated wood close to the ground 6. Charging us repeatedly for items we already paid for or items that were part of our original structure 7. Put a fraudulent Lien on our home 8. Wouldn't allow us to write checks that exceeded $9,999.00 9. Foundation walls not sealed correctly - water comes through walls, along seams between old and new foundation, and up between flooring and footings 10. Contractor broke bottom bolts off of bulkhead during installation and damaged foundation walls 11. Rear Sliding door installed incorrectly and won't close all the way - very difficult to latch. 12. Basement Step contains 6 pieces of wood - Doesn't touch the floor completely, and against building code 13. Foundation floor doesn't cover footings, no polyethene installed between floor and gravel - Foundation floor is also cracking in numerous areas 14. Card Board in foundation going from inside foundation to outside of foundation. 15. Contractor refused to pair correctly and put a fraudulent lien on our home after we gave him a estimate of what it will cost to repair all the damage he has done. 16. Had un-licensed and Uninsured people and contractor working for him - even though he signed an Affidavit for the State stating he had no workers and no subcontractors working for him 17. Massachusetts Department of Safety wrote him up for numerous building code violations - suspending his license. 18. Massachusetts Consumer Affairs Office found him guilty of breaking MA laws, and fined him $4,000 of contract violations, and other things. 19. We don't pass building code. 20. We have over $39K in repair

"We had 3 old rock walls and a front walk in need of repair. Wayne promptly came out to give us an estimate and suggested adding some steps to the walk to make it less steep. We were hesitant at first since this was different than other estimates we received, but Wayne came out a second time to show me and my wife in detail exactly what he was proposing, some alternatives, and why the addition of the steps was important. Before we even decided to move forward with the estimate, he put a significant amount of effort into sourcing stone that would closely match the other masonry work in our yard.
