I had carpets cleaned from a different company when we purchased our home 3 years ago and that company can't even compare to second chance. The crew was very professional. The used devices to make sure hoses didn't damage door jambs, they wore shoe covers and masks and you could tell the crew wanted to give great customer service. The carpets came out amazing and the crew made sure I was satisfied before they left. I also had a small couch cleaned and it looks good as new!
