Ontime actually called several times on the day of the appointment to let me know about when the electrician would be coming, and then again when he was actually on his way. David, the electrician arrived on time and immediately looked at what needed to be done, gave me a written estimate and explained the jobs and details. Once I approved, he got right to work. Everything was done/completed professionally and David was both knowledgable and friendly. He didn't mind me asking all kinds of questions either. I decided to enroll in their Home Protector Plan, which is a good deal especially if you think or know you will need more electrical work done in the near future, which in my case, I will

- Deck WorksJeff and his crew exceeded by expectations in many ways. He was quick to provide me with a written estimate detailing various options which were discussed during the initial site visit. The price was the lowest of three cost estimates that I received. Jeff was patient to answer my many questions intended for me to make sure the deck would be very stable and very safe. I could quickly tell that Jeff is quite experienced in deck building and I was very comfortable with his skill set. Jeff was able to schedule my deck construction to meet my desired completion date. Jeff's crew of three young men were all very polite and extremely hard workers. Jeff was directly involved with the deck construction and kept me informed of any adjustments that were required during the process. I was simply amazed at how the crew worked like a well oiled machine. They all cooperated with each other in the process with no bickering or complaining or foul language. The work was hard but they made it look easy. The crew tore down my old deck and built the new deck in about two days. I know that Jeff is able to offer better prices than most, if not all, of his competitors because his crew works so efficiently. They have the skills and experience to work circles around anyone else in the business. My new deck is rock solid and exactly what I hoped for. The crew cleaned up the work area in a very satisfactory manner. I am extremely pleased with my new deck and expect to enjoy it for many, many years. My impression was that this was a team of competent men who were both experienced and comfortable working together. Shortly after the work was done, Mr. Bennetch drove by our home to view the lighting. He called the following day to ask if I was satisfied with the work. We both agreed to add a seventh pathway light. In addition to my satisfaction with Mr. Bennetch's design, I found him quite easy to communicate with. We discussed halogen versus LED lighting, and he persuaded me that I needed less lighting than I had been prepared to purchase. I have rated this work for price because it is required by Angie's List in order to post the review. I did not, however, seek competitive bids for this job. Outdoor Lighting Perspectives was recommended to me because of the type and degree of landscape illumination I wanted to achieve. "Responded in about 30 minutes. Stopped by the next morning for an estimate. Was willing to do repairs then but worked with my schedule. The NEXT morning the repairs were done in under three hours. This included a "re-engineering" of the problem area. Functions much, much better than the original design and install. Price listed is what I recall but it may have been less. It was definitely greatly lower than the posted rates for other companies in this area.

"I noticed our A/C wasn't working around 3:00PM on Friday. I called AUX and they sent out a technician that was here by 4:00PM. The indoor unit drain was clogged. Because of the clog, the pan filled with water and tripped the safety switch, therefore, not allowing the A/C to come on. He got his shop vac and had to make several trips upstairs to remove all the water from the pan. He then cleared the drain line which was totally stopped up.
<br /> Needless to say, I was thrilled they came out on the same day I called. They have always been quick to respond.
<br /> To date, we have used them on four occasions and have no complaints whatsoever.

"We had a great experience with Hi-Five Electric. They installed a bunch of GFCI outlets, replaced some light fixtures, and problem-solved, replaced, and rewired some light switches that did not work. Jack and an apprentice came out to do an estimate and did a thorough job of investigating what the work involved. They were both very friendly and easy to work with. Elijah and an apprentice came out to do the actual work. Scheduling was easy and communication was good. The actual work turned into a bigger and more difficult job than expected because of some crazy issues with the existing wiring. Some idiot who worked on our house before we owned it apparently fancied themselves an amateur electrician and had really messed things up. But Elijah was excellent and managed to sort everything out. Even though the work was more complicated and took longer than estimated, and even though they ultimately installed a couple more GFCI outlets than we thought were needed, Hi-Five refused to add to the estimate and only charged us that amount. They also left the house clean and tidy. The whole experience was really just excellent. Highly recommend!
