I sent photos of the room and a floor plan. I answered their online style questionaire and sent photo of the furnishing, my favorite Arts n Crafys desktop lamp and some of the art work I wanted to use. The result was a vibrant palate that is invigorating and joyful to work in. Using the colors from some paintings I collected in Africa15 years ago and my electric taste. the result was very bold. (Formerly my definition of bold was any color other than white or beige. The cair rail and lower walls are a terracotta with a rich deep gold on top. The remaining woodwork and doors are a dark slate gray with a satin finish. (Really - no white glossy woodwork.) I feel like I am in some exotic place when I work. I have met with other designers in the past. They ask your likes, then tell you what think regardless. Not so here, the process was interactive, two sided and balanced. The results are stunnung. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again, even if no big deal is available.

"It was a good experience. I think they got overwhelmed by their response. I had to wait a good bit just to get them out here. The work they did was really good. I think based on the size of their company I think they got a little overwhelmed by the response from their ad. They were professional and did a good job. He took time to do a couple of extra things for me, as far as shaping some landscape lights and things that I didn't have an eye for. I appreciated that."
