  Derrick and Lou were on time, very personable, and very efficient. They kept me informed of when they would arrive for both the estimate and pickup. They were easy to reach on cell phone and flexible when I had to change the pickup date. The cost matched the estimate, which was more than reasonable. They wasted no time at all during the pickup. I quickly got a receipt by email. It was an excellent experience. We would certainly hire Junk King again

  They have a recycle location. They have got large containers in the spring for spring cleanup. They are on time every few days to collect the garbage. They do not make a mess.

  They are satisfactory. I had no complaints with them. They're a small family-owned company. They provide excellent customer service. I've had questions regarding my bill in the past and it's been quickly resolved and explained to me. It was a misunderstanding on my part and they explained it to me. They are very receptive to any difficulties that I've had

  They provide us with recyclable vans. If we want to do it we can collect the plastic and paper and we have to bag them up and put them in the van. They even offer rewards. My son has signed me up but he's supposed to go into the computer and put in some information but he hasn't been doing it but when you get on track and start putting a reward what they do is when they pick up the paper and plastic from certain areas, they put everybody and divide the reward and you get coupons to purchase sodas or whatever. We don't pay out of our pocket. Sometimes when they're supposed to pick up and you have put the stuff out there, they don't pick it up and when I call they'll say they'll pick it up tomorrow but sometimes they don't pick it up. Sometimes my son puts the bag up and then put it out the next week and they come out the next week. It doesn't happen everytime but it has happened before

  I recently moved and contacted this company to set up garbage service. There were issues trying to determine if my address is part of their service area. Over a 2 week period I had to call multiple times. Each time I was told a Supervisor or Manager would get back to me within 24 hours but this never happened. Every phone call that took place was made by me. After a week and a half with no resolution I called and the representative set up my account. I paid the first bill and initial deposit by phone and was told when service would start. A few days later I just happened to check my bank account and noticed that I had a refund in the amount that I had previously paid over the phone. When I called to ask why I was told that my account had been cancelled because I'm outside of city limits and they don't service my address. They apparently couldn't figure this out over the almost 2 weeks that I spent calling trying to get service established. There was a note that someone was supposed to call and tell me this but that never happened. Had I not noticed the credit, my account would have been cancelled without my knowledge. The reason I wanted to use this company is because their prices are reasonable but after this experience and the horrible service I received I will NEVER try to use them for anything nor would I recommend them to anyone
