The finished product was not very good even though we refused the first, supposedly finished product. The supervisor came first day and did not show often the rest of the work until we refused the last day. The supervisor corrected several places that were awful. The job was estimated to take 4-5 days, but ended up taking 2 weeks. We finally decided we would not get any better work from this crew. The ceilings are not smooth and corners are not neat. The calking they used around each room at ceiling edge has a sheen that is not same as was. The whole job was sloppy. I would definitely not use or recommend this company again.

Ok. They broke a finial on the end of a curtain rod and neglected to tell me.

Was subcontracted out. Men didn't speak English. Left a paint mess in the kitchen sink with paint clothes. Little paint spatters along the floor walls as if no drop cloth. Several item had paint on, such as towel racks, door knobs, etc. for this expensive of a job I expected better. I was offered a $200 discount.

The only reason I didn?t give them an ?A? is because they said they were going to clean my windows. They didn?t clean my windows; my windows did not look clean after they finished and some of our windows were stuck and not completely closed & locked. They didn?t completely close and lock all of them and then we had trouble getting then unstuck.
I felt like they should have made sure all of that was taken care of before they left. Other than that, I was very pleased with what they did. They were very reasonably priced, I can?t remember what they charged me, but we had other bids.

Very professional. Highly recommend TPC.
Crew showed up as scheduled and worked diligently until the job was completed.

Estimate was scheduled and completed timely. Presentation was very professional. The job started one week later than planned due to weather impacts and was completed in two weeks (including working on two Saturdays) plus one day versus the original two week estimate. Personnel were very careful with our belongings. Some members of the crew were more comfortable speaking in Spanish; however, that was not an issue as I can communicate in Spanish. We reviewed their work most days and left comments which they resolved in a timely manner. The house looks great. My only suggestion for the company is to provide specific details up front regarding assigned personnel, work schedules (arrival and departure times), whether Saturday work will be required and perhaps an overall summary of how the work will proceed (e.g. Walls prepped, trim, etc.). And this is probably only because I tend to be a very detail oriented person. As I told the guys on the job when I was asking questions, I like knowing the plan!!

The Painting Company did a fantastic job on our house. They were on the job for 8 days and could not have been more professional or competent. They have also painted two of my neighbors houses who were also pleased with their results. I would highly recommend them to any and all.

Very prompt and professional from start to finish. Estimator was on time and responded promptly and efficiently. Work crew was amazing -- only work crew I have ever had that cleaned up after themselves and left no residue of work or products behind. The only thing they left was a complete and finished product !

The guys from The Painting Company did an excellent job! They were on time - actually they came a day early (after calling first to make sure it was okay) due to a change in their schedule - and they completed the job just as quickly as they said they would. It looks great! They were friendly and professional, and took care to make sure nothing was damaged and everything was cleaned up when they left. We would DEFINITELY use them again and recommend them to anyone needing a painter!
