I explained that I was calling about a 3 story condominium and we needed to have both sides of the building cleaned from top to bottom. She said that the charge would be $200, $100 per side. I felt like this was very resonable and I set up an appointment. She told me that the service man would be there within 30 minutes of the appointment time or he would call. He was right on time!! He did a great job cleaning the dryer vents and explained what could be done to keep the vents from clogging so quickly in the future. He was very professional. The charge was exactly as quoted. I would call them again
