  The Atlanta Painting Company is a company you can trust to get your project done correctly! I hired this company to remove the popcorn ceilings in several rooms and to paint the ceilings ceiling white. Our home has the cathedral ceilings that are 30 plus feet in sports (not at all easy to reach). There were some initial problems with the project which resulted in some of the surrounding walls getting damaged. However, when I contacted the Atlanta Painting Company, they immediately scheduled a return date, sent another team, made all the repairs, and left our home better than we originally expected. They even fixed some areas that we didn't expect them to repair. All of this was done without any increase to us. I would definitely hire the Atlanta Painting Company for any future painting projects, and I would highly recommend them to others! The Management team was fantasticshow more

  The guys at Riverside are absolute professionals. Ruben Rivera was my first contact and did a very thorough job of listening to my needs and then explaining what they would do and the costs for each project. His team of guys ( I lucked out and got the nicest group of guys you could ask for) were on time, and worked a full day, (7:45am -6:00 pm) every day. They completely covered everything in my house and were very careful with my furniture, pictures, lamps, etc. When they completed one room, they completely set that room back up, hanging pictures and putting plants back to their original place within the room. They repaired cracks in the walls, and walls that were never properly taped when the house was built, and re-repaired a wall that had been repaired once, but was not done properly. The quality of their work is superior! And these guys can PAINT!! I have used many painting companies over the years and Riverside is by far the best!! They painted every bit of trim in my house including windows frames, crown molding, baseboards, doors, door frames, etc. When they say they will paint the trim, they mean everything!! And while they were at it, they cleaned the chandelier in my foyer!! My house just looks beautiful!!   I am very impressed with the level of customer service and professionalism of The Painting Company from the scheduling and delivery of the estimate, free color consult in home, all the way to the final day of the job. Conor, the sales rep came to my home and was extremly detailed and experienced in his questions and consulting. He had the quote ready before he even left! It was in line with my other two quotes from competitors and I decided to use TPC due to high online reviews. Enrique was my lead painter of my home. I cannot say enough good things about him. They painted every single room and every single closet in my home (big job). I had a ton of drywall repair work and caulking that needed to be done. His attention to detail was impeccable. At the end of each room he would ask me to mark anywhere he missed....there were like two tiny things I even found from 3300 sq ft home. He was so thoughtful, respectful, and kind. Spoke English and knew my name which apparently isn't always the case with competitors. Jorge the project manager checked in each day and ensured we were on track, on time, and communicating on everything exactly. At the end of the day, my husband and I are completely satisfied with the price, quality of work, and customer service.   From the beginning to the end, all painting and all appointments were done professionally and punctually . That counts in my home. I have used The Painting Company for commercial work, and based on their performance included them in the proposals that I entertained. While not the least expensive, they were reasonable. The team chosen to come to my home was always on time, stayed until the day was at an end, rarely took breaks, and did an outstanding job.   I had a good experience with the Painting Company. Scheduling the estimate was very easy. The consultant who came out to do the estimate was very professional. I shared with her what I wanted to accomplish with the painting project and she gave very helpful suggestions. In addition, to painting the walls in my home, I had several areas where the ceiling had water damage that need to be repaired. She explained to me which areas would need to be completely repainted and which areas could just be a repair. There was no pressure and she did not try to sell me on services I did not need. The estimate provided was very reasonable and actually came in lower than an estimate I had gotten from another company. In addition, they committed to finishing the job in 3 days. I love their online customer checklist where you type in all the details of the job (rooms, color names, etc.). This helped me to plan the project and helped ensure there were no errors in communicating my color choices. The two gentlemen who completed the work were very nice and I felt completely comfortable with them being in my home. One of the gentlemen, who I believe was the lead worker, was very conscientious about completing the job in a timely manner. Although he was unable to work on one the days originally arranged, he came the very next day and completed the job. They did a particularly great job on repairing an area in my shower where the drywall had broken down. This was completely repaired before they painted. My only issue was with the close out of the job. The project manager who visited on the first day said he would come back at the end to inspect the work before we did the payment, but he never came back. Luckily, I had no real issue with the work.
