- MWT WindowsOriginally, we inquired about installing new storm windows, but after consulting with Marc, he advised that they would not do what we were hoping they would and would be redundant with our newer double pane windows. (We live on a busy street and were hoping that the additional coverage might reduce the noise level.) Even though our project turned out to be a very small one and I'm not sure really worth the time it took them to do it, Marc and his employees were prompt, courteous, and professional.The work was top notch and they provided contact information in case we had problems/questions going forward. I cannot say enough good things about our experience. We plan to use this company next year to replace our aging gutters and soffits

- All Pro Window TintingI live in a condo building facing east with large windows that let in a lot of bright sunlight and heat and really needed window tinting. I called two window tinting companies, both came by that same week to check out the windows, measure and provide a quote. I chose All Pro because they had more variety in their tinting colors, they had done other work in the building, and the price was approximately the same as the other company. The owner and another tech showed up to do the work and they arrived right on time. They moved my furniture and other items out of the way to get to the windows and and were very careful with my things, and with the hardwood floors. They had already pre-measured and pre-cut the tinting materials so it only took a couple of hours to complete the job. They cleaned up & put everything back when they were done. I love the tinting because it doesn't block out the light, just the glare, but the clarity of the view is the same. The tinting also cut down much of the heat generated by the sun coming through the windows, it's so much more comfortable in the rooms, and I don't have to close the drapes to keep out the heat. I haven't received an electric bill yet that would show the impact, but given the fact that the AC isn't working as hard, I'm sure I'll see a positive result there as well. I thought about doing the tinting myself with product from the store, but am so glad I didn't go that route! After comparing the cost, I wouldn't have saved that much and the professional tinting is so much better. Better quality, a guarantee, and it was quick & easy! Professional, friendly, competitively priced. I'd recommend All Pro to anyone. Thanks for a great job, guys

I had an issue with a large, west-facing window letting in too much afternoon sun and heating the house so much that the A/C couldn't keep up. The window is now tinted and upstairs is cool and comfortable. Two second story windows in the living room were letting in sunlight that was potentially damaging to the floor and furniture. Now they are tinted as well and I no longer am concerned about fading. Lastly, I have a window located in the stairwell that faces an adjacent house. It is now covered with a privacy film which is decorative and functional. Chris and crew arrived on time, were quick but thorough with their work, cleaned up after themselves and in just under an hour, I had 8 windows completely taken care of.Overall I am very pleased with the results and highly recommend All Pro Window Tinting

"Our front door Baldwin lock set had its bolt stuck in locked position, thus not allowing us to open it. Thankfully we have a back door so we weren't stuck! Called early on a Saturday and technician was here within two hours (I had told him it wasn't an emergency.) He arrived, got straight to work, keyed our new Baldwin lock set, removed the old one, installed the new one and handed us four (4) new keys (as requested) at completion. He cleaned up the area and we paid via credit card. He was professional and very quick to repair and the new hardware looks and functions great. He did accidentally leave with our original key, but promises to return it this week. Thanks for helping us get out of our own house :-)

"Excellent service from start to finish. Received quotes from several others, and MWT's was the most affordable by far (about half of what I was getting from others). No pressure to sign a contract to reduce the price either, so that's always a plus. Once I decided to go with them, Aineki was also very helpful and straightforward in explaining the contract/payment process. The job itself was done in about 3-4 hours, and Marc even stopped by to check in. Room temperature is a lot more even throughout the house, and I'm not hearing as much noise from the outside either. I highly recommend going with them if you're in the market for new windows!

"This Door company is very prices, but you get what you pay for. My wife ordered a custom door in November 2021. A technician name Johnney (who I must say did a great job installing the door) install my door on 5-20-22 when it came in. The door looks great, and it was installed with perfection, however one of the door handles was smaller than the other. Johnney did his job and noted it on the returning documents. My wife received an email from them stated it will take 6-8 week for one to come in. I am so disappointed with that response. After waiting 6 month and paying $7934.00. That is the wrong answer for just a door handle. That the only reason I did not give them five stars. The job isn't completed until I get the correct door handle, and according to EntryPoint I need to wait 8 more weeks. If someone would have done their job or would do their job, this situation would have been avoided and would be rectified in a timely manner. A door handled is a standard part. It's no way I should have to wait that long to get a door handle.
