Austin Window Cleaning

Overall went fine. They are a young couple who run the business and try hard to please. When I called to say they left out a window, they came back the same day.

This company is amazing! I had called several other gutter cleaning companies, and was pretty frustrated by either their high prices or lack of good service. I found Austin through a Google search, left a message and heard back from him the same day. He quoted me a price of around $100 to clean my gutters and clear branches off my roof left over from Hurricane Irene. This was the best price I had gotten. He also said he would bag up all the debris and take it with him. Believe it or not, one company wanted to throw the nasty debris in my yard! Austin said he was pretty slammed, but when I told him I needed my gutters cleaned within a week and a half, he said he could come the next afternoon. The next morning, he had a cancellation and came out - cleaned everything in about an hour. He also cleaned a skylight - both inside and outside - without charging me extra. He did a great job clearing the gutters, the roof, the drainspouts and cleaning the skylight. And he made sure to clean up everything behind him. He was very professional, and his pricing was the best I found. Overall, this was a great experience and I highly recommend him!

I love working with this company. Austin is professional and prompt and reasonable. He does good work and will let you know if there is anything wrong with your windows (a couple of windows in the new house have lost their "seal" and are permanently cloudy). I will absolutely call him whenever I need window cleaning and would use him for the other services he provides if we needed them.
