Use these guys if you have to, but don’t use them if you can help it. They don’t meet deadlines, and they’re not responsive - but they sure do send their bills on time. Here’s our story: we finished all design and permitting work in January 2022. Yearround’s “finish team” started the first week of February 2022, but they haven’t “finished” yet — over 6-1/2 months later. They told me the pool would be done in 3-4 months, so we expected it by Memorial Day. Then they promised 4th of July. Then, the end of July. Now, they’ve stopped promising. Why has it taken so long? The excuses are endless. I now believe it’s just incompetence. The weather hasn’t been bad for Hilton Head - no hurricanes or tropical storms - and all the checks were sent as soon as requested, so we didn’t hold them up. Maybe it’s my “finish team” manager, but regardless, there’s more than enough incompetence, excuses, and just plain sorriness to go around. I wouldn’t recommend them to my worst enemy.

My wife and I are delighted with the entire team at YRP.  The sales process was thorough and there were no surprises from the initial discussion through to contract.  The construction team was conscientious, thorough, and pleasant.  We were fortunate with the weather during construction and the project finished several weeks ahead of schedule.  Nick Fasciano was our sales contact and I would recommend talking with Nick if you are considering a pool in this area.
We used YRP
to service our pool at our last house and was happy with the service.  We have signed on with YRP to do the weekly service with our new pool and hope to be as happy with our service as we were with the construction.

The pool wasn't cleaned right about every other visit. When I did tell them the pool net was left on grass, or the Polaris wasn't working, they didn't really care. Just overall lack of professionalism.

They were absolutely terrible and extremely overpriced I ended up paying $150  just for them to  come out to my place and the part that they were going to get for me which retails online for $519 everywhere  we looked online, but they were charging me $900  and they where the dealer for that part. They tried to tell me everybody on the internet were selling a Chinese part. So it was extremely overpriced. I did end up having them do a patch on the pool because their service fee of $150 went towards your work. But the work was so overpriced. They charged me $380 for the patch they had done. Because they did a small patch on the pool the total was $380 and so they would then waive off  the 150$ if I did not have to pay the $150 but I wouldn’t have used them at all as they were so overpriced.  They wouldn’t give me an estimate at all of how much it is going to cost before they come over to the site you got to pay them.  Over the phone I was trying to get out of them about how much does it cost to do a small patch and replace this part, they said there is no way they can tell unless they come there. Then they would show up and have a look and say 150 bucks Sir. After I started complaining and extracting how they would charge for labor and everything else for putting in that part then they ended up saying that they would come and put that part for free if I ordered it from the $500. Only reason why they did that was I threatened to let people know that they are ripping them off and then they came back. The customer service people for them had called and were trying to do some make up for some of that. The part of the water generator that I wanted to replace, on the website of the product it says that it should take about 15 to 20 mins for the home owner to install with diagrams on how to unscrew it and screw the new one in but they were charging me for four hours of labor at $100 an hour. And actually I replaced it myself and it took only 10 to 15 minutes. That little patch that they did for me is pretty good .They didn’t match it up perfectly, it looked reasonable. The price was the main issue with them. They would be around at the time they told me they would be. They did respond to the email.

Overall cleaning service was adequate. Service call with no explanation was unacceptable.

Horrible, Nightmarish. We were lied to about the price and they refused to honor the price; the women in charge of customer service was rude and kept making excuses. We even went as far as to contact the president of the company about the injustice that we felt and he simply had this same woman call us back and tell us that she is not rude!
