They quickly visited on site and evaluated the issue. We just bought our new place and the air quality test showed that we needed air source cleaning. It required cleaning of the hvac system and ducts and Biocide arranged for a sub (Hurricane Air Duct Cleaning) to handle that job. They did a great job and were professional and thorough. Biocide followed that up with a microbial sanitizing treatment and the tech was on time, professional and fairly quick. Overall pleased with the service.

DO NOT USE!! They are complete charlatans do not follow proper remediation protocol did not isolate allowing mold to spread everywhere did not provide any information they put on a good show then DISAPPEAR and stop communicating they left us and a baby without a house or bathroom. AVOID!!

They came out quickly, identified causation, worked with insurance, and removed and treated the problem, the job site was very well maintained and all cuts were clean and equipment on the higher end.
