I got a five hour deal and it was all fantastic. He even went to the store and bought materials and threw in picture and curtain hanging, etc, to fill out the 5 hours that were contracted. I plan to use them for a comprehensive renovation and updating soon.

Crew arrived on time and removed damaged parts of fence. Replaced railing and grafted in new chain link. Their workmanship actually exceeded my expectations! The fence now makes my backyard look really nice!

The initial job of removing existing carpeting & padding in den, living room, hallways, laundry room, powder room, and dining area was competed in April 2016. We were very pleased & satisfied with this job. They are professional and completed the job in a timely manner. Each evening the crew made sure to clean up. The cost was reasonable as well. Due to natural shifting of this type of flooring after two years, certain walkway areas needed to be reworked having moved from under the molding. When I brought this to the attention of Pro Renovation LTD Co, they agreed to make improvements without a cost to me so I would be satisfied. Within several weeks, an appointment was booked and the necessary update was completed today. Again, the job was professionally done by workmen who truly take pride in what they do. They made sure my expectations were met. This is a company that wants to satisfy their clientele and who stand behind their craftsmenship. I look forward to using this Pro Renovation again for remodeling my home.

I ended up not buying the house, because the owner of the house was covering up some possible structural damage on the house. The company, Pro Renovation was actually went inside the closets to inspect, they were really good, they were awesome because they were able to discover the damages on the closets , with pictures. they are very honest, because they could have just made the dollars up & left me in a mess, they actually looked out for me, to my best interest. I highly recommend this company.

The job went very smoothly. They worked with us at every turn to make sure we got just what we wanted an stayed on our budget. They were always punctual and kept the workspace immaculate. Once the mold remediation was finished, they were able to begin their work rebuilding from the damage. Their crews were professional, friendly and helpful. They answered questions and helped reassure us when it all seemed overwhelming. They kept the workspace tidy and always remembered to set the alarm when they left. They even became friendly with our dog, giving him pats in the morning before he stayed at the neighbor's. They took extra care to make sure things looked great. The tile guy took boxes back to the store and exchanged them for ones with better color rather than laying what he had. The painter made sure to match our paint colors and types perfectly. ProRen's work is high quality, but it was their personal demeanor that meant so much to us during a stressful time. They will be our first call the next time we tackle a project.

One word: FANTASTIC. We just moved into an old house in Ardsley Park and needed to do some work to bring it up to this century. We found Pro Renovations here on Angie's List, and I am so glad we did. It was a pleasure right from the start-- setting up the estimate appointment was a breeze-- Sophie is a joy and always responsive throughout our project. When they came to do the estimate, we were impressed by Simon's knowledge and professionalism. We know this wasn't a BIG job, just a lot of random things, and he put us right at ease that it was not an issue. The bid came back quite reasonable, so let's go! Prior to starting the project, we had a quick conference call to discuss the details. Simon asked that we do this so that the handoff to the crew would be seamless. As a project manager myself, I LOVED this... no contractor I've ever worked with had ever even suggested it. The entire crew-- esp. Matthew and Tony, are amazing and just a pleasure. They were always on time, professional, respectful, responsive, super hardworking, and went above and beyond. I had complete trust in them that they would take good care of my house. One challenge with our project is scheduling, because many of the doors and vents needed to be special ordered and they were delivered at different times over the span of 2-3 months. Along with my busy travel schedule, it was an arduous task just to figure out when they can come to do the work. But Simon and crew took care of us, and squeezed us in whenever they could, and always made me feel like my project was as important as any others. I have hired many contractors before, and this is by far the best experience that I've had. They genuinely care about their customers, and that is rare in this business. And of course, the quality of their work is impeccable. My husband and I have already started pulling a new list together for Simon and will for sure be hiring them again soon!

I was beyond happy with the result! I was having trouble making decisions about placement and tiling so Simon met with me to help pick out tile, and when Matthew arrived to start on the tile work he taped off multiple options and sent pictures to me so I could see what it would look like before they started. The job was done quickly and all dust and debris was completely cleaned up.

Tony, Cody and Simon were awesome! They were on time, efficient, neat and very respectful of our home while completing this job. A wall had to be removed, plumbing moved which involved jack hammering into the cement foundation, moving and rewiring the room to accommodate washer, dryer and sink, sheet rock work to repair remaining walls, and finishing up with an awesome paint job and beautiful woodwork and tile floor. This company is worth every dime we spent, and we would be more than happy to have them back should we ever need work done in our home again. They were not the lowest estimate we received, nor were they the highest. The fact that they came when promised, finished when promised and left my house clean and a new room ready to use made them the smartest estimate of the 4 estimates we procured for the job. They were the most honest about the scope of the work that would have to be done, and there were no surprises. Our biggest thanks goes to Tony, who managed the job and did most of the work himself. We are thrilled with the result!

They were truly genuine and looked for ways to save money for me (told me where I can find the best prices for the material), also told me to buy extra flooring so if there was any water damage, I will have the material to replace it quickly. And they were right! Only after a few months, we had water damage on the wood floor, they quickly responded and did the repair.
My experience with Simon, Kate, and Tony has been wonderful. This family owned business is absolutely great to work with! I highly recommend Pro Renovation for all flooring needs.
