Terrible. On 20 April, Lowes arranged for A&E to repair my LG refrigerator, which was not cooling, just over 1 year old and covered on a 5 year protection plan from Lowes. A&E had their initial service call 24 April. A&E assessed that 4 parts, including the compressor, required replacement, and ordered the parts. They set up a return appointment for 4 May. On 4 May they installed the parts, told us it was working, and would be cool in 24 hours. 5 May it was 70 degrees inside - STRIKE 1. I called A&E, and they said they cannot help me, I need to contact Lowes - STRIKE 2. I called Lowes, who after my griping about the amount of time without a working fridge arranged for an LG technician to come on 8 May. The LG technician informed us that A&E installed the parts incorrectly, and spread oil through the system, and that the same parts need to be replaced again - STRIKE 3. One part was backordered, and estimated to be delivered 10 May. On May 11th, we learned the backordered part was further delayed until 17 May. At this point, Lowes agreed to REFUND my entire purchase price. We purchased a new refrigerator (not LG) and are happy with it.
