"I called Appliance Pro and talked to Jim on Tuesday, explaining to him what my washer was doing. They showed up on Wednesday about Noon with the machine parts Jim determined might be needed. We went over the problems again, and Jim explained that an estimate would be made right then, and I could decide if I wanted them to do the work. I told him to go ahead with the work which required replacing the timer knob and the main control. They worked quickly, quietly and very professionally. Before I paid the bill, he demonstrated the washing machine working and made sure I was pleased with the service. I was! I will definitely recommend Appliance Pro for needed appliance repair."

"Neil tech Robert L talked me through removing the ice maker, fixing the problem and reinstalling it. The work itself was not easy but Robert patiently guided me through the process with which he clearly was very familiar with. Using my iPhone, I could have Robert look behind things for me, take a photo, then circle where I needed to place the nut driver or finger or whatever. It was a cool experience. I’ll probably call them back and get more help because the ice maker has started acting up again but differently. I know that if I end up having to replace the ice maker, I can do it, with Neli’s help."

"Mr. Jason Edwards fixed the issue in my 10 year old Whirlpool Gold fridge. Ice maker suddenly stopped making ice. Jason spent 1.5 hours trying yo identify the issue. No electric current reaches the maker, but it was very difficult to find out from where is the current cutoff. Rather than changing parts, Jason took few days researching the unique issue and came back. he removed the freezer door and inspected the group of wires feeding the freezer door at the bottom. Voila, a power wire was severed at the bottom. he put an electric junction, put the door back on and back in business. Highly recommend Jason for any house appliance repair/issues. Very reasonable cost at $177 for all the effort. Very professional."
