Stephen and Jon arrived within the designated appointment time. They removed the old microwave and installed a new GE over the range microwave. They tested it to make sure it worked properly and then thoroughly cleaned up afterwards. They hauled away the old microwave.

We purchased a gas range with an over-the-range microwave to replace our old and broken range/microwave combo. The sales person (Sally) was great. She was extremely helpful. Upon delivery the installation crew could not install the microwave due to the lack of an electrical line for the microwave. They installed the range and took the microwave back to the store. The installation went smoothly and the crew was very professional. The next day I purchased a range hood to replace the microwave. They were able to install it the same day. A different crew came to install the range hood. They were very professional and cleaned up before they left. They do have a restocking fee for returned items but we weren't charged it due to another customer purchasing the microwave we returned. This is our first experience with the Appliance Connection and was very impressed with the service. Will highly recommend to friends.

I spoke with the owner, Mr. Nolan, in the store, and he was very helpful, both in helping me decide on a range and microwave, and letting me know what getting it all installed involved. (I had to have an electrician come and put in a new plug above where the microwave would be - Mr. Nolan recommended an electrician he has worked with). Once that was done, I called, let him know which stove and microwave I wanted, and he set up a date less than a week later. The two young men who came to install everything were prompt, organized, and very efficient. They did a great job, and I'm very happy with my stoves.

I think I bought a lemon. Thirty minutes after the microwave was installed, it died. I called Bray and Scarff and they were just terrific. They sent out a repairman who said an internal fuse had blown. He said he could get it fixed, but I requested a new one instead. I called the store and they were very obliging. We arranged another delivery date, but the snow got in the way. They set up another date to get my microwave first thing in the morning. I haven't had any issues since getting my new microwave. I would use them for any appliance need. The price includes delivery, the microwave itself and a warranty.

I decided to go with this company due to competitive pricing and reputation. The appliances were delivered within the week. The installation was performed professionally and they did a very good job of cleaning up after the work was completed.

Pricing was excellent, salesperson was knowledgeable and helpful. Pre-delivery and removal of existing appliances was smooth and painless. Installation was clean, quick, on-time, and professional. The technicians had to deal with narrow doors and long walks between their truck and our condo, but they just kept rolling along in an efficient manner. After installation they went over all of the operating procedures and settings for all of the devices. Modern appliances really have a lot of choices. All-in-all a delightful experience from the first moment on the phone, through the showroom, and the delivery and installation. I would highly recommend M & M appliances for the entire experience.

I have had very good luck with them. I had a lot of excellent help from the owner and other workers. They were very competitive. They were competitive when you compare them to discount places such as Walmart and Lowe's and all that. I liked that it's a local dealer, so I'm putting money into my own town. The owner is always there. He is very, very helpful. I've also had television repaired there in the past and the pricing was good and they were very responsive to your problems and your needs. They're just a good company, very professional and very trustworthy.

It was ok. They were a little bit pushy. They didn't answer all my questions at first. It took me about 2 or 3 times before I went back and was able to make a decision without feeling pressured, and they just wanted to make a sale basically. We did have some problems with delivery, it got delayed like a week and a half. It wasn't communicated very well. So I went like 2 weeks without a stove and a oven, which was really difficult.

We called this company on 11/19 to repair our built-in microwave oven. We called them because their ad in our local "Super Yellow Pages" falsely claimed that they were a member of our local Better Business Bureau (BBB). In fact, they are NOT members of the BBB and their actual grade from the BBB is an "F" based on 29 complaints filed against them. They came to our home and told us that the microwave had to be taken to their shop to be repaired and that they would call us the next day with a repair cost estimate. They took our microwave and then never called us. We paid them a $39.95 "service fee" by credit card on 11/23 and told them to return our microwave to us. We then spent the next THREE WEEKS calling them repeatedly to get them to return our microwave unrepaired. We finally had to call a lawyer to threaten them with legal action to get out microwave back. They finally returned the microwave on the evening of 12/10. They did not perform any services, other than to "kidnap" our microwave for three weeks. We then called another appliance repair company that replaced the microwave's magnetron IN OUR HOME IN 30 MINUTES for $175!!! My advice to everyone who reads this is, DO NOT EVER CALL THIS COMPANY FOR ANYTHING!!!

Needed to replace our microwave oven that is above the stove. Store was recommended by All American Appliance Service who tried to repair our existing microwave. We searched online to see the types of models that were available and went shopping. First to Appliance Center where we got a full demonstration of the models we were interested in and discussed the prices. Then we went to Lowes, Sears, and Bray and Scarff. Found few models, few connected to electricity, and uninformed staff. We quickly returned to Appliance Connection to close the deal.

This was a very frustrating experience in which multiple service calls were made in an attempt to repair my microwave. My experience ended with me terminating the arrangement with this company and a still unrepaired microwave 3 months after initially contacting this company. I should have followed my first impression when the service technician was angry at me because his receptionist had recorded an incorrect address, appliance to be repaired, and my name. When we sorted out my address, the technician was again angry because the appliance to be evaluated was not a "stove/range" but a microwave above a range. He was upset because to inspect the appliance required an additional technician in order to remove the appliance from the mounting. I agreed that it was a wasted trip (and day off for me). But I assured him that I did not fib to his receptionist about the nature of the appliance, my address or my name. He claimed to be able to identify the issue without removing the appliance, so I had to call the office to reschedule (let's just say "follow up" and "proactive" are not the strengths of this company). I scheduled a follow up appointment in which he brought the part and another technician. Unfortunately, he had been incorrect in his initial assessment. So on the second appointment (and another day off work for me) he brought another person and the part that he had anticipated was the problem. But when they removed the microwave from its mounting, it turns out a second part was needed. The technician was very apologetic and offered to come to my home on a Saturday as he was aware that it was rather inconvenient for me to keep missing work for these appointments (they won't give you an appointment window until the morning of the appointment, so planning on your part is difficult). I was impressed with his professionalism, which I noted in my score. So he ordered the part and scheduled another repair appointment. Unfortunately, he ordered the wrong part and left me a voicemail the night before the repair cancelling the appointment and telling me I would be contacted when it came in. Multiple voicemails were not returned. When I finally called them and spoke with the receptionist, sheth was less than helpful. I decided at that point to end my relationship with this company. Very disappointing as I live in the neighborhood and wanted to repair something rather than "just get a new one" and support a local business over a box store.

Ordered a microwave from the Fairfax store. They sent it to the Alexandria store for pick up. We never received a call saying it was in. When I called to ask the salesman was short and said she called to see if it was here on Friday. I am not a female and no one else from our house called them because the salesman in Fairfax said the Alexandria store would call us when they had the microwave. When I went to pick it up the 2 salesmen told me different things. Then one sales man told me to hurry up because I was moving too slow for him. At the time I was the only customer in the store. They had the best price on the microwave but I hate having to deal with them. The microwave was dented on one side when we unpacked it. It is really,really unpleasant dealing with the people in the Alexandria store.
