"We hired Maxima Concrete after getting 3 estimates, they were competitively priced, and we saw the patio and walkway project they did for my sister last year and that turned out great. Tom the estimator had great input on what we had in mind. Jacquie in the office was friendly and very helpful answering questions as needed. Tear out and form setup was on July 16th a Friday. There was an issue with the forms for the new siting area off the porch. I called on Saturday morning at 8 AM leaving a voice message with Jacquie and not really expecting a response till Monday morning. Within 3 hours Flavio, the owner, came out and he saw what I was talking about and promised a crew would be out early Monday to correct it. At 7:45 Monday morning the crew came out and corrected the issue to our complete satisfaction. The following day the concrete was poured as scheduled. The whole project turned out great and looks FANTASTIC, exceeding our expectations!! We have had numerous compliments by neighbors. Both crews; the tear out & form placement crew and the concrete pouring crew, showed up as scheduled, were professional, performed outstanding workmanship and left the work area clean upon work completion."

"Kelvin’s crew poured 56 yards of concrete for a specially designed driveway and a stamped patio in one day. Work was completed professionally, on time and for an excellent price. I hired them again to pour a stamped fire pit pad and couldn’t be happier. Dealing with contractors isn’t always fun so if you need any kind of concrete work, make only one call to C & D Concrete. "I have been very happy with Durable Concrete from start to finish. They came out to give an estimate, which they promptly emailed to me so I could review it. After getting five different estimates, they were by far the most organized of all the companies. They were the only ones that included metal rebar; it wasn't strictly necessary because of the small size of the job, but I really appreciated their "above and beyond" approach. Once scheduled, they completed all the preparation on day one and the pouring on the second day. There were two different crews, but both showed the same high attention to detail. Adam, the salesperson, was easy to reach via text throughout the process and kept me well-informed about what to expect. Their quality of work was truly above and beyond my expectations. For instance, they made sure to properly pitch the concrete so water runs away from the structure. They also moved a small rock wall to place their footers—something other companies were going to up"

"Most recent update on 5/25: I certainly would recommend Stay Dry, with a balanced word of caution. Great customer service (Craig, Eva, etc.); great experienced expert (Adam Vines); remedy work was excellent to resolve the issue from the root cause (joint section between wall and foundation). Previous crew (inexperienced) misdiagnosed the problem, did some work that addressed **guessed** causes of the problem (wall, exterior and interior). If Adam was onsite the first time to diagnose, I would have saved the trouble for the second remedy work (extra $700 plus the previous $6,275). Happy with Stay Dry, but customers have to be selective in working with the expert, not the **green** staff who rush to do the work without correcting identifying the primary cause of the problem. --- previous update ---- Pending resolution: work done Feb 2 at cost of $6,275; found out the exact place still leaks after 1-day rain on May 10. In process of scheduling on review and rework. Frustrating customer. Hope to resolve this issue ASAP. ---original review below --- Seven-year-old home, finished basement wall leaking (soaking carpet to the floor/wall connection). Had 3 companies visit onsite and received proposals. One only try to fix internally (~$1,500), the other try to completely redo basement concrete dig and pipe ($26k to 50k); Stay Dry had the right proposal to fix both internally and externally (digging outside the wall and fix it from root cause), and include drywall/trim repair back to look new, with front patio/balcony leaking plywood fix. Most focused on customer needs, while the other 2 only focus on what makes the most money for them (did not care about drywall, etc. on carpenter work). I only give 4 on value because it is expensive (between $6k-7k). Good quality people, solid quality of work. Could have taken some pictures (on major steps for inspection) to further assure customers 100% complete satisfaction. Also great people on sales and billing."

Mid state basement systems had the best and most fair pricing. They did not use any scare tactics and were upfront and honest. They were also the only company to use a laser level and show me the sag difference in my joists that I was experiencing. I hired mid-state basement systems to do crawl space support and repair on my load bearing wall in my basement. MY PROBLEM WAS UNIQUE AS LOAD BEARING WALLS NORMALLY DO NOT NEED TO BE REPAIRED LIKE THIS! At first, it was not level upon completion (BARELY 1/8 INCH OFF) in ONE spot and I let my sales rep Jiovanni know. the team came back out within 48 hrs and adjusted everything and let me take a look at it. They did a fantastic job. The installation crew even wiped down my floors for me after they were done! They were so polite, and respectful and made sure there was no damage to anything as they were moving steel beams to my basement ( my fridge was an object in the way to the basement door ) Do not let competitors make you question the validity of this business. they were fantastic. Rating of sales 5/5 Rating of the installation crew 5/5 Rating of management 5/5 Rating of mid-state as a company : 10/5 I do not believe I would have received this level of responsiveness of any of the competitors. I would choose mid-state basements for any basement project I had. Please use my review to know that mid-state basement systems will do the job the right way and how you need it to be done.
