"We had two bathrooms done, The contractor they sent out to do the work was extremely meticulous (thank you Merle). The reason for the 3.5 rating on customer service is that the company gave us tiny little shelves for a new linen closet that we had installed where the old shower had been. My husband emailed the salesperson a week ago about getting that remedied and hasn't heard back even though the salesperson said he'd look into it. The bathrooms are beautiful, however, we weren't told that they wouldn't patch up drywall until the job was underway. We have painters coming this week to do that and repaint. Guess we still also have to find someone to make us proper sized shelves."

"We have a mid-century style home in Upper Arlington.  Mark (owner) came out and worked with me to design a contemporary flat roof metal awning over a side entrance door.  Mark did the design and build, then I had to put the installation on hold for several months as the installation was dependent on completion of a siding project.  
When the siding was complete, Mark completed the installation promptly.  The finished product looks better than I could have expected despite sitting in his factory for several months.  I'm very pleased and would not hesitate to use Mark again.  For this type of awning I found him to be very competitively priced.  Highly recommend him!

He was very detailed and compassionate with what we needed. He spent 2.5 hours at our home on Aug 4, 2020 and didnâ t pressure us in the purchase. He was referred by your company after Jeremy Austin and his lady assistant with Improve It was here. Sorry not sure what her name was, but both was very informative with the information. Jeremy had been here on Saturday 8/1/2020 and spent a good amount of time with us. They both did a great job with the demonstration and giving details of the materials. Both Jeremy and David showed us samples of what they had to offer. We like the colors and designs we had to pick from. We believe if we were more financial stable without having to find means to pay for the service, we would follow-up with this. We will be happy to pass your company information on to anyone that we come across. We know that our bathroom is in need of work, but we have to do it a different way at this time."
