After Josh, the customer service rep, assured me that they serviced above ground pools, and would be happy to give me an estimate on replacing my liner that I already had purchased, they made me wait three weeks for an appointment, then called to cancel it, after I took the day off from work. They rescheduled for the following week. The day before the next appointment, they called to say I had to buy the liner from them, or else they wouldn't service it. Then they called and canceled, and rescheduled for a third time. For the third appointment, they showed up an hour early, and called to say they didn't service above ground pools. I've wasted two months with these people, springs here, and I have to start looking for a new company. I spoke to their manager, John Walsh, who admitted that they may have "a training issue".
