We run on a rainwater collection system, and with everything getting so dry we figured we'd blown the pump. Despite a slight booking snafu, McCoy got their well-experienced plumber out to us in about a week, and they were able to repair instead of replace so we're going to be able to return the replacement pump we bought and save a few hundred on this trouble. I have a very tight schedule. I care for my elderly mother who is very ill. I had been working with a local plumber that would keep putting my work off and was bad about not returning calls. I became discouraged and called McCoy Plumbing. Mr. McCoy made me feel at ease over the phone. He assured me that he would do his best to get my work completed as soon as possible. I was to call his office the following day and make arrangements. Before I had a chance to make the call, McCoy Plumbing called me to get the work completed. They came that very day.
