    We've worked with Family Prestige 2 or 3 times, for garage door repairs to replacement. It's been great. When our garage door was damaged, they came 1 day after the call to survey and recommend a fix. When they couldn't make their scheduled date to install the new door due to another job, they called to notify us they'd be coming the following business day. On the day of installation, they came and 2 hours later were done. The door has worked great since then with no issues. We received the bill by email and paid online. Very easy and dependable

    Outstanding - investigator made an accurate and expeditious assessment of the problem, described and showed the evidence and offered various options to repair. He was professional, knowledgeable, courteous and pleasant throughout the inspection and contract discussion. Required parts were ordered immediately, we agreed on a mutually convenient appointment time for the repair and the technician arrived to complete the repair per the appointment. Following the repair, the technician Dyvontae patiently and comprehensively demonstrated operating procedures and ensured we were completely satisfied with the system before departing. He also made sure the work site was tidied up upon completion. Price was fair and clearly explained during both visits. We couldn't have been more pleased with the entire process and will employ this company for any future such maintenance

    Mauricio was the technician, who helped fix my garage door that had issues closing for more than a year. He replaced 4 pulleys, springs and lubricated the rails and accessories for $350. He was professional, knowledgeable and explained what needed to be done well. I will gladly hire the company to do any garage door related work again

    We had Door Doctor out early in the month to replace the drive gear on our 2 doors. While reviewing the current doors, we decided to replace both doors. This was a wish choice. The new doors look so much better and operate so quietly and smoothly now. They guys replacing the doors were professional. And before they left they made sure the remotes in both cars were operating correctly. The clean up so well, you would not even known any work had been done. If you don't use them, I think you are making a mistake

    i hired them to replace approximately 32 double hung windows. the price was as good as any and i was in no mood to haggle. the process was very clearly spelled out and the prep that i would have to do was, as well. there were a few snags with them getting the windows (due to supply chain issues that everyone was having) so the dates changed, but i was involved in those changes. when they did start, they got most of the work done on the first day and came back to finish the next day. a few things went wrong, a window was broken, another had a scratch, and many of the windows were over-caulked to the point of being awful looking. the broken window was addressed even before i brought it up, as was the crack. when i told them about the caulking they sent someone the very next day and told me the installation crew had used the wrong caulk (outside caulk) and that they would be back to fix it. they did.... there were a few more windows after that i saw too much caulking on, and they've come out to redo those, too. All in all, their service is amazing. there were so many people involved who deserve a shout out, but i can't recall their names. my team leader or manager was Michael and he was a gem. i wouldn't say the product i bought is the best; the corners aren't perfect and the glass fogs up (i'll let Presidential know when i have a minute), but the windows work great and they look exactly like what i wanted. i was so thrilled with them, that i ordered a replacement for my front door with sidelights and transom! the price was comparable and i already knew what kind of service i was going to get.     Extremely professional, well organized, knowledgeable about their product, fantastic communication along the way and throughout the process. Every employee with whom I came in contact was superb. Installers took pride in their work, making sure windows were level and cleaned up. Employees like working for this company and it shows in their attention to customer service. Job was $30,000 but can already tell that the house is less drafty and that the windows are quality

    I’ve had a small problem with my garage door and Roger came out to service it. I was so impressed by how precise he was. When I thought the door was great, Roger still pointed where areas w/closing weren’t lining up and he would go back to adjusting/testing the glide of the door. I must say the professionalism & knowledge of Roger was nothing short of amazing customer service. All representatives should show this much concern and passion about the job there performing.
