"The contractor did a top rate job on the ceramic tile and caroetibg. The subfloor replacement was ok except Steves floorings subcontractor managed to somehow get the subfloor elevation off on one side and the kitchen countertop had to be shimmed to hide this defect. After the kitchen cabinets were installed the existing door pulls were not installed . Steves flooring had to be constantly reminded to pick up construction debris.

"Purchased coupon on August 11, 2011. Because I was remodeling my kitchen myself after work and weekends, I didn't have time to deal with the creating the room drafts, plans, layouts or measurements she required. I did contact Jill and explain the situation and she was very understanding. She said because I contacted her, not to worry about the deadline. I remained in contact with her over the next few years (that's how long it took me) and when I was ready around the start of 2014, she worked hard to provide her new design.
A true professional and great person to work with. The design was spot on and my wife and i were very impressed. Thank you Jill.

"Things went relatively well. Some problems with subcontractors showing up when promised. A personal emergency called Jerry out of town for several days but he was available by phone and did respond to calls. Despite these setbacks He did work very hard to get the job done and all in all I was happy. I would very likely use him again."
