Renewal by Andersen of Wyoming is the full-service replacement division of Andersen Windows. All of our windows are custom built and are comprised of our exclusive Fibrex material. We do not do new construction, we specialize in full window & patio door replacement by our certified master installers. "If i could give them a negative it would. This company was dishonest from the very beginning. Example : THIRD installer that came to fix the mess the first two made, stated to my husband, it looks like someone watched a UTube video and then tried to install windows and that they are all going to have to come out. this was the 3rd installer. .. this guy was suppose to have 40 years experience... the windows were never replaced or repaired. this has been a fiasco from the beginning. We finally had to cut our losses and ask for a discount and try and find another company to come in a fix the mess the YHIC made. We were offered a $500 discount IF we signed a document stating we would not slander them on line or file a negative complain with the better business bureau. We told them to forget it we would pay in full and thanked the project manager for his time and showed him to the door. This company is dishonest and no trustworthy. I would NEVER recommend them to anyone. "

"Horrible customer service and the product is only getting worse over time. I have ordered 16 shutters from them over 5 separate orders during the last two years. A recent order late last year came with parts missing and getting replacement parts was a hassle because I had to provide pictures. How do you provide pictures of missing parts? My most recent order arrived without the mounting strips and blocking strips being pre-drilled. I received the screws and screw covers but no holes for them. After multiple back and forth with "Angie" from customer service I was forwarded a poorly spelled response from their supplier stating "usually" they don't pre-drill holes. Usually? All of my other shutters over the last two years were pre-drilled. I was then told it was my fault because this order was a single panel shutter vs all my previous orders being dual shutters and I would have to pay to get replacement strips with pre-drilled holes in them. What does a single vs a dual shutter have to do with whether or not holes are drilled in hanging and blocking strips?"
