It would cost a conservative estimate of $3000 to replace. We found a reputable furniture restoration person to restore the piece. $750. The General Manager accused us of extortion because we wanted the full $750. He said that we should have bought the insurance for an additional $200 with a deductible. How is this fair when their employee was at fault?? We left a message with VP Adam in corporate. We were told that he would return our call in 48 hours. Still no call after 9 days ago & additional phone calls."
