Yes, it will be me, not a (surprise) employee, who will be serving you. Rather than simply enabling you to make informed decisions regarding your contract to purchase, I am enabling you to understand the specifics of your future home, which thereby enable me to teach you how to operate its systems most efficiently, reduce your energy costs, and how to maintain your home and protect your investment. You needn’t ask if you can accompany me and ask questions — I will arrive about an hour before you to set up my program, and document exterior conditions.
