"Poured one section of driveway with concrete that was too wet, he should have sent it back. It has started to crack less than 6 months later. During prep work he cut a section of my sewer pipe and tried to hide it. Seriously. I found out the next day when my basement flooded after taking a shower."

Yes, you can pour concrete if it rained the day before, but you’ll need to drain the construction site to ensure there isn’t standing water where your slab will sit.
