He also rewired our basement from lots of individual lights with separate on/off pull cords to a double switch system so we can turn on half the lights with one switch and the back half with the other switch. Also rewired our front door and garage lights so they could be operated from two locations (front door and garage). Was very careful to clean up everything...including actually vacuuming so there were NO traces of anything left on the floor. He show up on time and stayed until everything was perfect...and kept his cost at exactly what he quoted. I would certainly use him again for any electrical work. I have been very pleased with the service, the workers, the owner, and the quality of materials. The owner is great to work with, and out of three different crews of workers that did the various different jobs (window crew, siding crew, and deck crew), I can honestly say every single one was courteous, polite, and efficient! Everything was cleaned up when each job was completed, and even at the end of each work day, the equipment left to be used for the next day was not strewn all over the place, but neatly organized. We opted not to replace the windows in the garage, since they are not that visible and rarely used, but with everything else looking so great, we will be replacing those this summer too! I would highly recommend this company to anyone who needs any kind of exterior construction or remodeling done to their home! Thank you so much Sean and Windows R Us!!! When I pulled the car in front of Walmart, I put it in park and opened my door slightly, so I could see and access the release button for the trunk lid. I pressed the button and *CRASH*. I looked in the rear view mirror and saw that the back window was almost completely broken out. I got out of the car to figure out what had happened and noticed that the trunk lid hadn't just popped open slightly. It was vertical, all the way open, and there were impact marks in the glass on both sides of the window where the corners of the trunk lid had hit the window when it popped open. I had to drive from Charleston, WV to Wheeling, WV with the rear window out. I drove straight to the dealership. The dealership maintains that the wind caught it and flung it up, and we and our insurance have to pay for the repairs. We told them that it wasn’t even particularly windy, but that made no difference. I've complained to Nissan; Nissan has twice [on their web site and their Facebook page] said that they’re assigning someone to study it and they’ll get back to me “by the end of business tomorrow”. That was four days ago, and I’ve heard nothing. There was only a microsecond delay between my pushing that button and the noise. If it was a gust of wind, it would have had to come up just as I pressed that button and in just the exact location to fling that lid open. It was raining, but it wasn't that windy. That's a heck of a coincidence, and I don't believe in coincidences of that magnitude.

After several promised-then-postponed dates, the two bedroom carpets were installed. Beautiful work! But the frustration of moving furniture out and back, again and again, was tough to handle. BUT...because the installer had done such a great job, we decided to purchase carpet for the upstairs hallway from this vendor and have the same guy install it. That was in March 2012. I can't even tell you how many "firm dates" we were given for this installation over the next SIX MONTHS! Always the appointment was cancelled at the last minute or the installer just didn't show up (!!!). Looking back, I am amazed by the extreme patience my husband and I exercized! Finally (in September) I left my last phone message (pleasant as always), asking the vendor to get in touch. After a week with no response, we shopped elsewhere, chose different carpet and had it installed within a week! I am so disappointed in the proprietor of the initial company. He and his sons seemed so nice and truly wishing to be helpful. But after so many unreturned phone calls, cancelled dates, no-shows and irregular store hours, I had to just "let it go." I know we are not the only frustrated customers, as friends have shared their "horror stories" with us. The last time I drove past the shop a big "CLOSED" sign was posted on the door (middle of a weekday), so I am assuming he is now out of business.

They arrived on time for the estimate and the installation. I had a large sliding patio door that the glass needed replaced in. They did an amazing job replacing it and removed the shattered door with no mess. Excellent job.

FAQs for garage door service projects in Moundsville, WV
Garage door repairs cost$260 on average but can range anywhere from $80 to $675. Factors such as the type of repair needed, the style of your garage door, and the material your door is made of all play a part in the final price tag.
For example, wood garage doors look beautiful but are prone to dents, splitting, and cracks that are difficult to fix. You can expect to spend an average of $200 to $300 to repair your wooden garage door. Fiberglass garage doors are more durable and less expensive to fix, averaging around $100 to $200.
The cost of replacing garage door panels is around $1,200 for the average homeowner. However, depending on a few factors, you could pay as little as $250 or as much as $3,000 or more. Considerations like panel style and the type of garage door you have all factor into what you pay.
While sectional garage doors are common among homeowners, they are often the most expensive to replace, averaging around $700 to $2,400. Tilt-up garage doors, which are the simplest door available, range from $400 to $1,400.
Annual to biannual routine garage door maintenance is vital to extending its life as much as possible. Most importantly, noticing any unusual sounds or movements and taking care of them as soon as possible is one of the best ways to maintain your garage door. Keeping the tracks clear of dirt and debris and lubricating the rollers and other moving parts twice a year will also help to get the most out of your door.
Even though garage doors can last 15 to 30 years, it’s important to recognize the signs of wear and tear or other damage that might cause the need for a repair or replacement. A big sign that your garage door needs repair or replacement is the door not opening and closing correctly, including moving slower than usual. Also, if you notice that your garage door is becoming warped or overly weathered, it’s time to call a professional to discuss your options and tips for buying a new garage door.
Garage doors generally last between 15 to 30 years, depending on many factors. Your location plays an essential role in your garage door’s lifespan—doors exposed to harsh elements like heavy rain or intense heat might not last as long as those installed in a milder climate. How often you use your garage door also factors into its overall lifespan. Generally, standard garage door springs can withstand 20,000 cycles, whereas tension springs typically last between 5,000 and 10,000.
