I had multiple things that needed done, from a complete basement remodel that included a new bedroom and flooring (every issue that came up he was able to handle it like uneven floors and electrical issues) gutters, installing a vent hood that needed electric run to it, regrouting my showers and installing a new faucet, removing and installing a new vanity and medicine cabinet, re-framing a bedroom door and many other projects I had. I have a very old house which threw him curveballs with nearly every project but it didn't slow him down and he was able to tackle each one. "The toilet needed to be replaced. I was told that I would only get the builder standard grade toilet even though I was signed up with the highest plan. The plumber was replaced my toilet with something that was definitely builder grade and not even close to what I had. I called CHOICE and they told me that it should have been replaced with something comparable to what I had. Twice they told me they were going to have my claim looked at and I have not received a call about it or any new information. The new toilet is wrong in size and specs and doesn't fit well where it is in the bathroom."
