You keep raising our goals so we bring the company in more money but no matter what we still make the same amount. If our goal is 30k and we hit 100% to goal we still make the same amount as if our goal is 50k and hit 100% to goal. We are working harder and bringing in the company more money but are not making more. It is not motivating.

"This was absolutely the best moving experience I have ever had. Today was moving day and I was so impressed with the three guys that moved me. Jake, Marlon, and Gary blew me away. They were fast, courteous and careful They had to take apart my platform bed and an extremely heavy desk. And then carefully move them and put them back together."

"We had a wonderful move this week! The 3 men assigned to our move came in time, were very polite and hard workers. I offered to buy lunch for them because they deserved it.
