"We needed some rewiring done in our attic. When Mr. White came out to look at the job I was impressed with his energy and competence so I hired him without even waiting for other bids. The day he was scheduled to come, he had a flat tire on his way to our house so he called to say he would be about an hour later than planned. It was forcast to be a hot day and when my husband called me at work at 11:00 AM to tell me Mr. White had just arrived, my only comment was, "OMG he's going to die up there - it's going to be so hot!" I tried to call him back a few minutes later to suggest that if Mr. White wanted to reschedule for another day when he could start really early in the morning, that would be fine with me. But my husbands' phone wasn't working very well and he never got my message. I worried about Mr. White up there in the hot, hot attic all day. When I got home, my husband said that yes, it had been very hot up in the attic, but Mr. White had done all the work we had agreed on, in exactly the four hours of time he had said it would take and had maintained an upbeat, positive and professional attitude the whole time. We would absolutely hire him again and recommend him to anyone who needs a good electrician. -but next time I'd try to make sure it wasn't going to be so hot!!!"
