I told him that our AC appeared to be operating just fine but I just wanted to have it checked annually so it wasn't an emergency. He made the trip to my house the very next day... calling to verify his arrival ahead of time. Once again, B&L's customer service was top notch. Brian arrived on time and expeditiously checked the unit (which was in perfect running condition). He didn't charge anything for his time which is very unusual in today's business world.
