Installation was over 2-3 days but this was due to a bad snow storm in the area with hazardous roads that caused traffic accidents. The installer went out of his way to do everything he could to expedite it while maintaining a quality install, which I feel he accomplished. Only part I did not like was the hard sell approach of the sales person. Be prepared. Fortunately I had done my research on this company and am comfortable in my decision. Time will tell how well it holds up, but the warranty looks like a good lifetime one. Would definitely use them again."

There were numerous other fixes and repairs needed in the rest of house--electrical, plumbing, heating, appliance installation, which were often difficult because of retrofitting an old house, tight spaces, and hodge podge of modifications over the years. Contractor did great work and was a good trouble shooter and problem solver for an older and challenging house. Willing to work with me so I purchase materials when I preferred to do that. Showed up on time, worked hard, did more than expected, and got the job(s) done!"
