We have been using their services for probably a year. It is the best we can get in this area through the radio towers. Their customer service is good. They respond pretty quickly. Internet is slow at times, but they are trying to put in some new towers.

Tech arrived. I told him of the bad signal, internet and phone service being spotty. He stated there was nothing that could be done about the signal. It is the location of the receiver. I pointed to my neighbors house and noted that their receiver is mounted on the second floor of their house, goes over my roof, through my other neighbors 2 oak trees and through several other trees before it could hit the wifi antenna at the fire dept. I requested that my receiver be put on my roof or my outbuildings roof for better reception. He told me that was a waste of his time. He refused to do so, instead he replaced the old receiver claiming that was the problem. He said it was fixed, it appeared so, as I had internet, however, the phone did not work well, there was terrible background noise and it has now gone out again.
