"The Liberty Air crew showed on time and began removing the old system and fabricating new duct work to fit the new system. They worked non stop for about 6.5 hours and had finished the preliminary installation of the new system. The following morning they returned and completed the outside work installing the new compressor unit and related plumbing/wiring. I was amazed by the size of the new unit, it was clearly larger than the one previously sitting on the pad. John had explained during the estimate, the the builder had installed a unit too small for the size of the home, which caused some of the problems. Liberty Air did a great job and I complemented them on their attention to details. Everything fits, the wiring is tucked away nicely and the system runs perfectly. And - I have a heated garage!"

Since I can do most of my services remotely with you over the phone, I am hoping to eventually open up to larger markets and help people from having to take their computer in to get it fixed, if it has internet access, I can usually fix it over the Internet. Just trying to do more to help my Angies List customers!!******** I am a sole proprietor that works out of my home. I am my only employee, but I have over 20 years experience fixing computers, and providing superior customer service. I work on a flat rate service, and don't charge by the hour because I feel it's important to educate the customer on what the issue is/was, and how to avoid it in the future. I feel that local service companies (my competition) have been overcharging customers for years. I offer a first time customer discount of 10% but I will offer 15% off for first time customers referred by Angies List. I've lived in the Huntsville area most all my life, so I know the area very well. I will never use a subcontractor as I am very picky about making sure that if my name and company is associated with something, it will be the best experience my customer has ever had, and using sub contractors won't ensure that, so I prefer to do all the work myself. Lastly, I should point out that I am a former offensive lineman for the University of Southern Mississippi and was Brett Favre's center his freshman year at Southern. I went on to play for Tom Landry in his last year, but gave up pro football early on to pursue my passion of fixing computers. If I didn't have bills to pay, I would do this for free because I love it! If you have a computer problem, I promise you that you couldn't find a better technician that will care about you as a customer, and not about the bottom line. I am always available, but don't always answer my phone, but if you leave a message, I promise to back with you as soon as possible...and figure out how to get your issue resolved in a quick, efficient and economical manner. After working with them to install three ceiling fans in our bedrooms, I understand why they have so many positive ratings; I would highly recommend them. Making the appointment was really easy as I received a response within minutes of sending an inquiry. I was a little surprised by the idea of paying for a half or whole day rather than per fan, but in the end I understand how working on a half/whole day schedule makes a lot of sense, and their prices was fairly reasonable. Our electrician, Jake, was very professional and friendly. He answered all of my questions and explained everything he needed to do. I would absolutely recommend Jake and Murphys Family Services. "My technician was very good but he was in a very big rush. He was originally very pleasant and performed well in not so nice conditions as my house air conditioner was not bringing cool air into the bathroom he was working in. It was uncomfortable in the bathroom so he might have wanted to escape the hot air. He did not screw the top of one of the fixtures well and I wanted the 2 fixtures to not be so tight when you turn them but he was in hurry so I said nothing. He took care of the problem like a Real Pro and I am thankful for him and Choice Home Warranty."
