"Mine was relatively small job . Added a 4' x 11' concrete to existing patio. HOWEVER, what's important to note is the expertise and quality of this contractor. Very easy to work with, he was receptive of minor changes that wee needed. I felt so confident in his skills that I hired him for two other small job while he was here. I highly recommend Mike for most any job."

"He installed the generator and serviced it for $5777.00 and everything was great. We then purchased a new home in January 2017 and he was able to move the generator and reinstall it at our new home for $1,016.00. It went perfectly. They were great people doing a great job because they knew what they were doing. The generator still works and we have had no problems. I would recommend him to everyone."

"Crown Development did an amazing job with my basement renovations - they removed an existing wet bar, and reinstalled a new wet bar, cabinets, countertops, hardwood flooring, etc. I hired several contractors before coming in contact with this company, and none of them have compared to Crown Development. "Once I sent her all the measurements, it took her a little while to get the options back to me. Overall, they're good designs. However, they're very simplistic and give general ideas for space planning. I was hoping to have a better idea for sizes of furniture for the space and some variations on staging.
Jill was very responsive when I did have a question. I'm not sure how helpful it is to have a virtual design done. If we lived in similar cities, I'd probably use her again for help with additional designs.
