Jason came out on the weekend to get the scope and give me a quote. They tore the old deck out in less than 1 day and had the new 2 story deck with a roof done in about 5 working days. They showed up early and worked late and were there every time they said they would be. The work exceeded our expectations and they make sure the customer is happy.. "Mr. Workman did an excellent job on every project. He completed each task promptly and excellently. He was a dream to work with: great communication/response time and scheduling (even though I live nearly an hour away) He arrived as scheduled-two days before Christmas even-ready to get to work. He immediately corrected three projects done (sub-standardly) by the previous person I hired. Mr. Workman corrected poorly hung Roman shades on a picture window, replaced a ceiling fan, corrected an improperly installed TV mount, replaced a bathroom light fixture and faucet, and even fixed a broken utility light bulb stem above the stove, on his way out the door! Mr. Workman was friendly but professional, motivated and answered all of my questions. 10 out of 10 would recommend, and have already done so- (my brother is now interested in getting a quote on a job he needs done). I WILL be hiring him to complete anything and everything I need done."

"They claim to be professionals they're far from that they're out to rip people off they done a small wood repair job for my mother and charged her $800 a very hateful to her also they claim to be professionals but they do kindergarten work and also don't ever let him do concrete work they're terrible at it they replaced two boards and a picket and it cost $800 we figured up they owed her money by the rates they said they had see let them know that she was widow and they took advantage of her and I said as far as they was concerned it was closed when she realized how bad she got ripped off please stay far away from this company and they are more than out to take advantage of the elderly and very unprofessional work"

"They were late first day. General boss was here he never came in or was telling us what was going on when the guys arrived. Guys showed up really had no clue except for a sheet a paper with little information. They area the guys were going to work on would create huge dust I warned then earlier it would be overwhelming worse than drywall. The equipment did not even have a bag to filter fine dust so it just sprayed everywhere. Im not talking light really heavy dust everywhere. Chad refused to supply dumpster even though was on his bid paper when confronted about it he backed out of the contract. House in complete mess an everything just backed out an quit."

"1/20/26 update to review After I posted a review, I found out the bath vent install was OUTRAGEOUS! It was not connected to the attic vent. Even worse, it was filled with drywall chalk dust that was spraying into the bathroom when the heater was on. I had this verified by a local professional company which provided me with photos. I could not trust Rylynn to fix it, so I had it replaced by the other company and asked Rylynn to refund the money. Rylynn refused at first (with insults about my integrity) and finally offered to refund the money if I signed a legalese release. Having lost all confidence in the integrity of Rylynn (some details follow), I offered a reasonable revision of the release which Rylynn refused. We STRONGLY suggest that people consider other companies for a bath remodel. Our 3-MONTH experience was very stressful. The medicine cabinet was installed too low and we were treated like we were trying to rip them off when we asked for it to be fixed. The shower leaked badly and the tub leaked severely. When the tub was repaired it was placed against the wall and there is noise when getting in and out of the tub. Rylynn refuses to deal with it. The Rylynn rep does not use the word ?sorry.?"

I have an older home with all the challenges that come with that on a remodel and their attention to detail was perfect. The team that completed this project were outstanding from start to finish. They were knowledgeable and professional. They worked with me on a couple of design changes mid project and knew just what to do to make everything look like it had always been there. I have worked with a lot of contractors over the years, both in my work life and on home projects, and these guys know what they are doing.
