"Brian and his team did an outstanding job. I added a second story deck and a new door from my dining room to access the new deck. I have an older home with all the challenges that come with that on a remodel and their attention to detail was perfect. The team that completed this project were outstanding from start to finish. They were knowledgeable and professional. They worked with me on a couple of design changes mid project and knew just what to do to make everything look like it had always been there. I have worked with a lot of contractors over the years, both in my work life and on home projects, and these guys know what they are doing. "Once I sent her all the measurements, it took her a little while to get the options back to me.  Overall, they're good designs.  However, they're very simplistic and give general ideas for space planning.  I was hoping to have a better idea for sizes of furniture for the space and some variations on staging.  
Jill was very responsive when I did have a question.  I'm not sure how helpful it is to have a virtual design done.  If we lived in similar cities, I'd probably use her again for help with additional designs.
