Contract contained MANY loops found along the construction phase which left room for deception in quality work and materials specified. Although the contracts are actually draw sheet you don't get to see your discussed plans before he begins apparently, only AFTER the project is started. When you set down the owner and draw up what you want to go to HIS engineer for design, make CERTAIN you ask for copy or you'll later get a blank stare or excuse as to why there isn't one. All along when you complain you didn't want a certain thing they do, your asked for more cash to get what YOU wanted and told them to do in the beginning! Asked for specifics to be built and was not given what was agreed upon. The project at completion was build to CONTRACTOR WANTS and specifications ONLY, NOT CLIENTS specifications WANTS OR NEEDS. Contractor used the cheapest materials he could find to complete this project although client had paid for high end quality materials and work. Quality in work was very poor and some things had to be done over as they were just so poorly completed. Drywall for example looked like a bunch of grade schools were let loose with crayons. Half of the fixtures were either extremely CHEAP QUALITY or appeared to be either USED from a previous customers project or purchased as low end seconds. Paid materials disappeared from the job site location too or had possibly been switched out for cheaper materials as suspected. Although Company TRIED to match and failed what had been purchased by client to be installed. Client then discovers the old switch method of switching high end materials for low end and trying to deceive their client. This company is horrible in personal opinion. Over-priced for what you paid for and then receive. Buyer beware also, in this state you cannot let an employee be your Notary if YOUR company. This company used their own employee as the Notary on their papers it was discovered way too late. I doubt these practices are legal what this company is doing. I highly recommend anyone to steer clear of this company for commercial anyway. I don't know about a residential job though honestly. The owner of this construction company NEEDS to be more involved in what his employees are doing and to make certain those he hires really do KNOW what their doing. This company is not worth the cost in terms of quality at all from what my company owners noticed. He provided me with lists of parts, which I then found in town, paid for myself, and brought back. He removed the old heater (with my help), installed the new one, and did so withing 4 hours of arrival, even though it was a complicated install. What he did not do: go out, buy the parts himself and overcharge me for them. He allowed me to select the water heater, which, as I said above, is an unusual kind and hard to find without at least a week's wait for delivery to the retail store (Lowes had two in stock). He charged a fair rate, and only charged another half hours time for coming to do his estimate. From his visit to completed install took 46 hours. He was on time, ready to get started, and thoroughly professional throughout the process (even giving us advice about a leaky commode). Plumbers are often hard to find in Gilmer Co. WV, and this is a good one. The owner visited and provided us with an estimate, that seemed reasonably lower than the big box store's offers. He had some doors in stock, and had references for work he'd done in our small town, about 60 miles from his base office. After providing us with an estimate, he asked for half prior to installation and the rest after satisfactory installation. He also agreed to fix the door mechanism where it was installed badly. Then he disappeared for a month. The first three phone calls were answered, after that they were not. We told him we wanted the door he offered at the price he charged. Then we left messages, about one a day. Then we drove to his office, which was attached to his house. He did not answer the door, when we spent twenty minutes knocking. His tenant came out and gave us his wife's phone number, and we called her. The we went to our car and waited. After twenty minutes he came out, and we confronted him. He agreed to show up on an assigned date to do the work. He did not show up. We began calling again, then contacted the WV Attorney General's office, filed a complaint. The he responded with a certified check for the deposit. Then we went to Home Depot, where they reported that when hired as one of their installers, he had frequently either not shown up or not come back after partially completing the job.

FAQs for tv antenna installation projects in Glenville, WV
The average cost to hire a handyman ranges from about $40 to $140 per hour. Average project cost ranges between $180 and $700, but the cost per hour and per project depends heavily on the type, size, and complexity of the project. The pro’s experience level and your location also factor into how much a handyman charges per hour or per project. You can also expect to pay higher rates or additional fees for emergency services, or around periods of high customer demand, like holidays.
If your TV antenna is good quality and was installed by a professional, you can expect it to last between 10 and 20 years without needing repair or replacement. This can vary based on your geographic location, weather conditions, and antenna location.
Yes, you should get a quote or an estimate from an electrician. Most electricians offer free estimates or quotes. When getting quotes, do your research and verify each electrician’s license. Get quotes from three different electricians to compare. If the prices or items listed appear different on the quotes, ask the electrician to clarify. Learning as much as you can about the electrical work you want done will help you get the most accurate estimate.
Qualified, licensed electricians will charge from $50 to $100 per hour. The cost to hire an electrician for emergency visits may range from $100 to $200 per hour because this urgent service usually takes place during off hours and may require an electrician to leave or reschedule jobs they’re currently working on. Scheduling work on holidays or during periods of high customer demand, like after a major storm, will also lead to higher rates or extra fees.
The cost to repair your TV antenna is around $200 for the average homeowner. However, charges could be as low as $60 or as high as $450. Factors such as multidirectional or unidirectional, indoor or outdoor, and amplified or non-amplified all play an essential role in determining the cost of your repair. For example, outdoor antennas cost more on average to repair than indoor ones, much like amplified antennas cost more to repair than unamplified ones.
