(The house has a half-basement.) He arrived early in a clean company vehicle and in uniform. Very pleasant, knowledgeable, professional and down-to-earth. His inspection of the areas of concern took some time because he was so very thorough. Once completed with the inspection, he presented various options, and we discussed each option. Seems his concern was more about what was best for my situation rather than profit. I really appreciated that. "I hired Alltek to install a drainage system in my crawlspace. This company was very helpful, the quality of their work was awesome. The salesman came to my house, explained everything in detail and the estimate was FREE! I had gotten estimates from a couple other companies and Alltek was by far the cheapest. They were able to start my job within weeks of the estimate.and when the workers showed up they were very friendly and prompt. They put in a drainage system with a sump pump and encapsulated the crawlspace. I would Highly recommend Alltek for any job that you need done. Great company and employees. Iâ ll be calling them for my roof replacement as well."

"Alford had waterproofed my basement 2 years ago & I've been very pleased with that project. This time, a mouse had gotten in thru an open garage door when weather started getting cold, and had found a hole in a cinder block wall and had babies! I had already trapped and killed 5 before calling Alford. The rep was very polite, professional, knowledgeable, etc. He quoted me a price which was very reasonable but I decided to wait & see...it's been 6 days since last one killed & I still have traps set throughout the house but if I have any further issues, I would not hesitate to call Alford!"

"Good. CHW connected us with MJ Services for an appointment. MJ Services technician came to the house on the morning of the appointment date, assessed, found and reported the broken equipment. He placed a temporary solution to keep the house warm during Christmas break while we waited for the parts to come in. In the afternoon, CHW sent me a note that the equipment was ordered and provided an estimated delivery date, and arranged a follow up appointment to replace the broken part."

"We've got American Home Shield. So that kinda varies but united air temp has done some work for us. Probably a couple years ago, I think so. I think its two years ago. They did work on our air conditioning. Well you know with American Home Shield you only pay $75.00. You sign up for a year , its like something you subscribe to.  You call and contact American Home Shield and they have somebody contact you whose in line with their services and agrees to work with them. You pay $75.00 and if its not done correctly for each visit but if they come back twice you don't pay again. Its like 400 and something a year. Its fabulous, its fabulous. If you need plumbing , H VAC, lighting, its amazing. Its worth every dime. And if they can't fix it they replace it at no charge unless you want to upgrade There are some different companies but even when we refinanced our house they had us, no we bought another house in Winchester for our son. And they made us have it in with our policy and they use American Home shield. its fabulous and you don't have to do the searching or anything, If you aren't happy you just tell American Home shield. One time United Air Temp tried to talk us into , they did some plumbing work too, and they were going try to talk us into replacing it with a cheap model. That isn't American Home Shield policy its with the same thing or you can pay to upgrade. Pay the balance of an upgrade. We use it all the time. When my son has issues with his house I tell him just call American Home Shield. They guarantee they will be out within 72 hrs but its usually within 24 hours. We contacted them last week about my son's air conditioning. They came out right away, they had to order something. They had to come back out and they did last Wednesday and they fixed it."
