My father in law had an exterior vent cover that came off the eve of his house. It's an octagonal cover that fell off the house and broke. The house was built in the 50's. I contacted them and they were able to special order me one. Their technician was able to install it and seal it. And did excellent work.. He went all around the yard to make sure everything was just like a turn key operation. I was very impressed with them. It was an excellent price. I took a chance, they were actually the ones that did my father in laws work original work. After talking with them at length, they determined they could special order it. It took a little longer than I expected, but it was no fault of theirs, they were waiting on the manufacturer. It took about a month for them to get the part, but once they got it in they called me and went right out to do the work.

The installer, the technician or serviceman, his work ethic was excellent. The repair person, he picked up after himself. He did a turn key job. The price was a little bit high. It took them a long time to order, but that was probably out of they're control.

Installed new window at our home - incredible job.  Discount Remodelers order a special order window for the kitchen window.  Window to swing out to the west and when sent the manufacturer sent window it opened to the east.  Discount Remodelers reordered window, installed and they were very timely.  Called to keep us abreast of arrival.  I would use them again.

Special discount offer from business.  We also had to pay additional for size of attic insulation.  Courtesy finished in one day.  The clean up was incredible.

Big job completed earlier than expected.  Crew was very nice, did a great job cleaning up; easy to work with everyone, even when we played phone tag a number of times before the job was completed.  We worked with Jeff, who has since retired.

Very good experience, although it took quite a bit of time from the time we placed the order until the windows were installed (over a month).  Quality seems very good, crew was friendly and did good work.  Very pleased.

Early for appointment. No fuss. No extra talk. Super fast estimate and work done. Great company!

They didn't repair anything, just an inspection. It went well overall.

The work took a couple of days longer than planned however the workman ran into many problems once they started the actual job because of the existing framing being non standard and really out of square and plumb.  The Workers were very skilled and able to handle the situation, it just took extra time.  Even though  My costs did not increase.  
The workers were very neat and orderly and cleaned up any mess they maid before leaving the job site each day. 
While the cost of the project was a considerable amount, the price Discount Remodelers gave me was more than $15,000.00 less than Anderson Windows and Anderson Windows claimed to be doing the installation free (NOT). 
I understand the Discount Remodelers does all kinds of remodeling work so I will surely keep them in mind for future projects in my home.
