"Jim the owner is Absolutely Amazing! We purchased a beautiful home and found out the previous owners sold because the well was bad. (New in 17') 4 times in 5 years this home sold & we didn't know of this till after closing! We didn't know how we'd get water to the property. The local fire dept brought water to the home previously. I contacted the Mayor who was awear of the issue and he tried helping as well as the utility commission in Charleston.
