The amount of work required was extensive, being both inside and out, They paid a great deal of time and effort to assure the work was done right. He also consulted with me every step of the way to assure things were done to my satisfaction (ie. color selection, landscaping options, material selection). The cost was fair for the work that needed to be done, and if you consider the high quality of the work, the price was very reasonable. I was offered options to modify the cost along the way. This was one of best experiences I have ever had with a contractor that had to do significant work."

I have been informed by the "office" that it will take two more weeks before I can be put on the schedule for a crew to come back. The crew is working from their Lancaster office, and the managers won't return phone calls and are hiding behind the receptionist. I work just a few miles from their Lexington office, so I decided to pop in and talk to a different person only to find out that there is no staff in this office. The website for the Lexington office has a picture of the building and posted hours of 9 am to 6 pm, but it is just a building with mailboxes and a few shared meeting rooms used by several companies. Customer service is absolutely horrible. Think twice before hiring USS!"

Communicative, incredibly courteous, professional and punctual. Clean-up was immaculate. I couldn’t have asked for more. They seemed to genuinely take pride in their work and the job and treated my project like they would if they were installing a fence for their own yard. Received multiple quotes for the job and their price was more than fair given the great quality of work. Selecting a contractor can be hit or miss with any job but you can’t go wrong with these guys. Without reservation I would use them again for any of my future projects and would highly recommend them to anyone else. You won’t be disappointed."
