They explained the repair clearly, and the cost was very reasonable. The work was completed exactly as promised, and I couldn’t have been happier with the results. A few days later, a tree limb fell during a storm, so I contacted them again to see if they could remove it. They came out the very next day and took care of it. I really appreciate their quick response, professionalism, and willingness to help. I would highly recommend Deck Works, LLC."

"Everything went well. Gary and his crew were great! They all treated me with respect and worked very hard. We're extremely happy with the deck. There are a few rough spots that I would've liked to get fixed, but what was done had to be done I guess. The only real problem I had, was the owner. I messaged him to see if the cosmetic repairs could be fixed. He bypassed everything I told him and made an excuse for the decks cosmetics. And questioned why I was calling 2 weeks later and complaining. Well we don't sit there 24/7. And of course sitting there, you notice little things that are imperfect. Yes, I did agree when I t was completed, to do an inspection myself, but again, you notice more, when you are actually sitting there. He did however, agree to fix what was wrong. However, I never received a warranty nor a written guarantee, for a $16,000 deck. If we need construction again, I would recommend asking for Gary and his crew, to do the job!! !"

Chris and his team are exceptional to work with and I felt they take a lot of pride in what they do.  The quality of workmanship and dedication to their craft is second to none.  What Chris quoted me is exactly what it cost at the end. I had several jobs that they performed on my historical 3 story home from roofing, carpentry, to putting caps on the chimneys.  I recommend this team to anyone that needs and wants work done without the worries.
